Our Agency Lending team offers multifamily loans through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Agency loans are conventional fixed-rate, first mortgage loans secured by stabilized income-producing multifamily and manufactured housing communities that meet Fannie Mae and/or Freddie Mac underwriting guidelines. Funding from $1 million to $7.5 million small balance loans (or larger portfolios comprised of small balance loans).

PERMANENT LOANS Criteria

We offer conventional real estate loans for both stabilized investment as well as occupied real estate. In addition, we provide options for refinancing. Our programs include permanent finance for stabilized commercial properties with a minimum occupancy of 85%. Loan terms range from 5 to 15 years and amortization periods up to 30 years, with interest only options available.
